Love Me Programme at LiveWell Kew
Discover ways to: quieten your mind, rise above your emotions and, use your words powerfully, whilst exploring: breathing fully and stretching combined with Trigger Point pilates, dance movement, superfoods, sustainable styling, origami, block-printing, marbling, life coaching and smile boarding all in the process.

Dates: Autumn: September 6–October 11

Time: Friday’s 10.30am–12pm (Please arrive by 10.20am)
Location: The bright, spacious studios at LiveWell Kew, TW9 4FF
(Just a short walk from Kew Gardens station)

Cost: Free for SNG residents (Places kindly funded by SNG)
All participants are asked to make a small donation, to reserve their space, based on what they can afford (this could be 1p or £1).
Criteria:
1. Committed to attend for 6 consecutive weeks to ensure maximum benefit of the programme
2. Have a desire to improve your overall wellbeing
3. Would appreciate being inspired and trying new creative wellbeing activities
4. Experience periodic (or frequent) low mood and/or lack of motivation
